Yes, you read that correctly. 70% of mobile searches end up calling the company directly from the search result. Believe it or not, in this highly technical age, the good old phone call is still a powerful measure of a prospect’s intention to buy. Google and IPOS did a study of 3,000 mobile searchers to see how these visitors respond if they are unable to call the company directly. Here’s what they found:
